PromoMatting is a leader in custom floor mats and has risen to the top mostly in part due to happy and hard working employees. Lynn Cofield, National Sales Manager, is no exception. Lynn is our rock — someone employees look to for guidance and knowledge. Her wealth of experience makes her an integral part of our team and makes everyone around her that much better. She recently sat down for a short interview as part of our 25 year Anniversary celebration, which you can read below.
- What do you like most about working here?
- That I don’t have to drag myself to a place I don’t want to go. I love what I do and enjoy coming to work every day (although I would love a little more time off, who’s kidding who here?!) and hope that at the end of the day someone in my path has learned something and felt inspired themselves and just feels a little more successful than they did when they walked in.
- What is the most rewarding part of your job?
- That I’m in a position to help guide others around me to be the best they can be.

- Kind, Respectful, Humble
- What is your personal philosophy?
- Always treat others with respect and like what you do and how you do it every day.

- My family
- What is your favorite leisure activity?
- Boating and camping with family and friends
- What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
- Hard to say because I’ve been in Ad Specialties/Promotional Products for 29 years, but I taught pre-school for 3 years and would probably find a lot of gratification out of working with children again.
- How do you define success?
- Doing what you enjoy and looking back to see that you inspired others along the way

- I cry no matter whose child is walking on a stage.
